First, if I could rate Dr. Olsen separately I absolutely would give him 5 stars, he is a fantastic eye doctor, friendly and thorough. The office staff I cannot say the same about. My boyfriend needed to get in to the eye doctor before the end of the year to use insurance benefits and I recommended Dr Olsen's office after previous good experiences, we were happy that Red Mountain Eye Care was able to fit him in for Friday morning. He took off work to get in to the appointment but when he showed up was told that his significant other had called in and moved the appointment to the following week, which was a lie. I think the lie is what bothers us the most about this experience. Next time, admit that the mistake was on your end and do something to correct it. Despite Dr Olsen being a great doctor we will be taking our business elsewhere.
