Warning before you stay here! The front desk is rude and doesn't care. I got to Las Vegas a day early so I thought I'd stay in a regular room the night before I get moved to a suite I ordered for extra money that I payed for Saturday Sunday. I walked into the room and it reeked of smoke.. So the front desk sends room service with a bottle of febreze in which we could keep. Great! Smokey flowers. (Btw--- it's a non smoking hotel) next morning after sleeping well, had a good breakfast for what it was.. So.. Ready to move to my suite..I get the key and walk in to two queen beds, standard room with one bed smaller than the other and uncomfortable. I go to the front desk and chat with Olivia. I inform her I ordered a suite. She said yes but, I didn't realize you have a dog.. Instead of charging you 25 pet deposit for each room and 50 dollar now non refundable deposit, I'll give you a regular room.. I tell her, I will pay the extra.. Olivia says.. Well we are full now. I almost lost it.. She offered me my money back but now where is there to stay on a Sunday night.. Shame on this hotel.. I work in the service industry.. This is not what customer service is!
