2.5 weeks after purchasing a vehicle from Honda BMW of Champaign we are stranded on the side of the road. Brake pads completely gone, metal on metal with no warning, despite purchasing an extended warranty. My husband is burned and we are stranded. When we called to report this, the gentleman on the phone told us "'As is' means as is."
Update- owner Ben contacted my husband and refused to work with us unless we removed photos and reviews first. Acknowleged that a technician marked our brake pads as low without replacing them before the sale, but also stated "if you want to go to war, we'll go to war." Argued with me on Facebook for hours while we were on the side of the road instead of providing any concrete assistance of any kind.
