STAY AWAY!! I would give zero stars if I could. In December I was told by the front desk that I had a balance on my account. I then explained that I had Medicaid and was concerned as everything should be covered. I was then told I would need to get it taken care of before I return. I called my insurance and was told several times they were passing this on to their supervisor for further investigation and to call after 72 hours if I do not hear back as I should get a response no later than 48-72 hours. No one ever called and this happed several times. On Dec. 2 I called their office after my insurance was finally settled and spoke with a girl named Jennifer that said my account was flagged and I needed to speak with another Jennifer. Earlier that week I received a voicemail that stated I needed to call by the end of the week or I would be dropped. I was very worried and tried calling several times on Friday to only get her voicemail. I left a message and then my phone was shut off Saturday evening. My sister is paying my bill because we are struggling financially. I had no phone until this past Thursday afternoon. I still called Monday through Friday to get this taken care of. I asked Jenn at the front counter to email the other Jenn and also let her know I do not have access to a phone. She then sent me a link to the portal and said that I can email her through there. I have emailed both Jennifer and Dr. Brill with no response. Then, on Wednesday, I called and spoke with a Cynthia. She spoke with the Jenn I was supposed to speak with and came back to tell me I had been dropped and when I asked to speak with Jenn she said she was not available. I explained to her what happened with my insurance and what I was told at my last visit. She said that is not the policy and no one would tell me that. Every time I called to change or rebook an appointment I explained the situation not one person told me that I could come in even though there was a balance. Not a single one. Now I am being dropped. After weeks of stress, worry and crying because I was afraid of losing my insurance and not being seen. In the meantime, I missed an appointment. I couldn't call to cancel because my husband had to take my phone (the only working one we have) so that he could handle things so that we didn't get evicted and end up homeless. And I missed an appointment after my mother in law (who lives with us) had a heart attack and we were in the hospital for nearly a week. I wish things were different but now I have to pray another doctor will accept me and have additional stress and worry from being dropped after everything we've already been through. Also, my husband called to speak with this Jennifer character. He actually got her on the phone. She was rude to him from the first second she started speaking. She felt the need to tell him like it is instead of even trying to listen. I've read the other reviews and agree. The people there are rude and instead of being a human being, you are just a number. They also have no communication between staff members or don't care enough to make sure important information gets passed along.
