I had a wonderful experience with Jimmy and his team when getting my first Home. My story has 2 parts, one with s loan that didn't go thru because there was a lawsuit on the hoa and the underwriter would not approve the loan and the second part is about a loan process that was as smooth as butter. In both these stories, Jimmy and his team picked up the phone and talked me through the process no matter what time of the day. They were over communicative about where I was in the loan process and very on top of all the changes. I'd definitely choose them for any mortgage Loan
