Dropped my MAC pro and expected the worst... In my fortune no cracked screen or anything that looked out of the ordinary until I turned it on and realized it made a weird whizzing noise seemingly coming from a fan or the hard drive.. It work perfectly but now just emitted a really annoying buzzing/whizzing noise. Found these guys on Yelp! And decided to give it a shot. I'm not sure about other people's experience with "poor customer" service but I felt like these guys were great! Came in made our introductions described the problem and after they asked permission to look at it they took it out back to work on it. I barely finished a free arcade game that's provided in the waiting area where they came out and said they cleaned and adjusted the fan which looked like it was knocked loose. It was like a 10 minute turnaround! I asked how much for their time and work they simply replied don't worry about, if it starts making the noise again or it malfunctions just bring it back and we'll take care of it. These guys were professional, courteous and prompt. Two thumbs up or in this case 5 stars! These guys definitely earned my business.
