Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Easy location (just off the belt line). But (big but), they are an open clinic, which means they accept new patients all the time regardless of how busy they are or how it affects current patients. They can never see me in a timely manner. If you experience regular sinus infections or other issues that interfere with life/work, this clinic is not for you since 3-6 business days is the average time it takes to get an appointment. Forget same-day or next day. I have to go to urgent care for cold/sinus issues. It's really frustrating. I thought that maybe they give priority to more at-risk groups, but now I am an at-risk group (pregnant) and still experiencing the same inability to get an appointment in less than 3-6 days. I'm planning on leaving this office.
