Save your time and money and just get an Uber. I booked my flight and round trip shuttle service through allegiant, so my services were prepaid. The shuttle that took us from the airport to Bally's was okay, but leaving was another story. We waited an hour and nearly missed our flight. I called the customer service number and was told our driver was by the Bellagio. The driver never showed and when I called customer service back I was sent to voicemail multiple times. After an hour our shuttle still had not arrived so I arranged for an Uber to pick my boyfriend and I up from our hotel. The Uber driver was there within minutes.
The returning shuttle never arrived and this company basically got to pocket money from me for a shuttle that was a no show.
