The level of incompetence is almost intriguing.I go in to do a simple exchange which I have done multiple times before. Return gets processed but the girl continually attempts to tell me that I would not be eligable for the discounted price since I'm one day late. Well that's actually a bunch of garbage since I was told to come in one day late as there was no stock on my last day to return. She begins to show me the point of sale iPhone screen saying that I would have to pay $450 plus tax (total was only coming out to about $455 on the screen). I looked at the screen and wasn't seeing a credit for my return. But I was seeing a code that said "DISCOUNT" from the carrier. She passed it off saying she wasn't sure why it was processing that way but the phone was $849 minus what I paid as I was not getting the discount. Well $849 - $450 = $399 which is the discounted price of the phone. Of course in typical apple fashion they took no responsibility and blamed it on the carier. Absolute nonsense. This is definitely the worst apple store in the area. From now on I will simply show in Scottsdale.
