I read this place could get busy so I stopped by on Sat afternoon and got carryout with only a short line. we ordered 1 lb of baby back ribs ($15/lb) and 1/2 lb of brisket ($16/lb), which comes in choice of moist or lean. we ordered moist but I tried the lean (they offered samples at the counter) and would prob get that next time, less fatty but not dry. loved the green chili stew, with it's mild spice and smokey flavor! cole slaw was ok but the bbq sauce is kinda tart, must have a good amount of vinegar. surprised they didn't have cornbread but there's free bread at the fixings table - grabbed some bread and jalapenos. I'd go again to try the smoked turkey and maybe sausages.
