Wow! You can start with the bright eyed waitress Rachel and stop there!! She really made my experience!! I wandered in here by accident and was greeted with such smiles I said I MUST dine in! I asked Rachel about flavored coffee and she suggested caramel!! It was simply amazing!! Then I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict!! Wowsies!! It was simply amazing!! I guess I know where I am having breakfast every day while I am In town!! Their lunch looks great too!!! If you stay at Mandalay Bay you must try this place!!!
