This buffet is among the best in Las Vegas. Honestly if you're here to visit and want quality selection this place is your best bet. Where they go wrong is in the line maintenence to get in the place. I'm not faulting them for being busy, I'm faulting them for being disorganized. The kiosks are a cool touch for those who don't mind browsing around, I can see where it helps manage the line to a lower number. However, the poor girl you have working at the stand is overwhelmed and not managing the line accordingly. Not only is she bombarded with questions my multiple guests, but she is also managing the kiosk lines and the main lines while answering everyone's questions. To maintain a level of luxury I do believe this is where you are going wrong. People are taking a look at the line and walking straight away, they don't even realize you have that awesome kiosk system. I also suggest that the hostess wait collecting the kiosk tickets until they hit the actual stand and not going down the line collecting. I feel bad for her. She can't even greet properly.
