I really like my therapist Jimmy, and I feel he did a lot of good for me. However had a problem with every time I would call there I was on hold for at least 10 minutes if not longer. It just isn't a good fit for me. I don't think that your office staff it is up to the amount of volume you do. Maybe if you got more people in there you wouldn't have such a hard time keeping up with the demands.
