Well this is the lowest rating I've ever given a restaurant in Cleveland. We were in the wine bar section on a Thursday evening. We were told that we were not regulars and prime seats are reserved for regulars. The restaurant was understaffed and the waitress was rude. The level of unprofessional service was pretty bad. The food was excellent I had a Caesar salad with chicken and got a house cab.
My impression is this is the kind of place that doesn't welcome new customers or walk ins they don't recognize.
