Silver State Fireplaces (now called Hearth and Home Specialties) provides almost unbelievable service. We had them provide a new gas fireplace last year and their installation, price and service after sale have been extraordinary. First, they show up when they say they will. That in itself should earn them five stars. Second, their service people always seem to do a little more than they are asked for a little less money than quoted. They are a rare find in the service wilderness that is Las Vegas.
