We used Flying Duchess to look after our cat while we were on vacation for 5 days. The service was great. Previous to our vacation, our cat sitter came to our house to meet our cat and discuss our cat's routines and the location of his supplies.
While we were away, our pet sitter came very day and left voice mails that were really reassuring. She played, fed him treats, brushed him, fed him and scooped the litter daily. In addition to the great service, Flying Duchess went to great lengths to access our home after we left the wrong key in our lock box! There emergency contact system worked well, and they were able to reach our neighbours who provided a spare key. I was really impressed and relieved.
