my wife and I attended a conference here. upon entering the lobby there is a strong perfume smell which the hotel must pump in from somewhere. overpowering and cheap fragrance. ever present smell. pool water was very clean. woman's bathroom was dirty in the pool area. bar was understaffed. bartender had an "attitude." Perhaps if the hotel had more help she would not have been so irritable!Room- bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was terrible. It took four calls to finally get our room cleaned. finally cleaned in a substandard manner by 3:30 pm. Our window was filthy with a ripped screen. friendly front desk and valet service. overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Too many others to pick from!
