Not the best nor worst Starbucks out there, but definitely could use some help!
I've been to this location twice and will probably come back often as it's close to my house and the staff are very friendly. Both times I've come, there hasn't been a line, so was able to put in my order immediately. My drinks also were made quickly.
Other then location and the staff, everything else seems to need some help. First off, I've come in the morning and the place is a mess. Tables are dirty, floor needs sweeping, the milk needs refilling, trash needs to be taken out, etc!!
Even though the staff are really friendly and quick, they messed up in my drinks. First time I ordered a frappe and asked for no whipped cream. The girl who took my order even wrote it on the side of my cup and yet they still put whipped cream in my drink! Second time I came, I just ordered an iced coffee black, but again I got it and they had put sweetener in it! Ugh, nothing more frustrating then when an order isn't made correctly.
