I am writing this after coming into contact with the most delightful front desk person. Her name is Katriana, but you can call her KT for short. She has such a wonderful personality and excellent customer service skills. She made certain I was safely picked up from the airport when my late night flight arrived. She had my room ready, and just overall reminded me of why I'm a Silver Elite member. She was awesome.
