We specifically like to go to Max and Erma's for their fajitas. We love them. Our friends from out of town would drive and meet us just to eat these fajitas. We decided to stop in the other night for fajitas only to find them missing from the menu and told by the waitress that they are being re-worked to be healthier and will be back. What a total bummer. They were fantastic how they were. They've changed the music they play and many of the menu items. Trying to be trendier? I don't know. But I was highly disappointed. Even the red sangria recipe seems to have changed. I don't think we will be heading back to see what they do to the fajitas.
