This credit union is a total joke... they should not be licensed. One problem after the other: First they were holding a cashier's check for several weeks and when I asked for a supervisor, he told me that the Ruled of the Federal Reserve don't apply to them (the rules say that the first $ 5000 have to be made available the next business day if it is a cashiers check) After I filed a written complaint with the Federal Reserve, they deeply apologized in writing. The next issue was an online payment which never went out, even after I wrote down the confirmation number. Desert Schools comment: "We use a vendor and they can't find anything with this confirmation number". I ended up paying a late fee even if I scheduled the payment in time. And then again: their so called "Vendor".... I scheduled a payment of almost $ 700,-, the funds were taken out from my account but the check was never mailed out. This was in December 2016. Now it is April 2017 and Desert Schools is still sitting on my money. I have spent hours and hours at the branch, watching them talking to the "vendor" over the phone without any success. There is a fiduciary duty to return funds which don't belong to them but obviously these crooks only respond when there is a pending complaint with a government agency .
