The standard to which all "breakfast joints" should be held to. A Las Vegas off strip classic. A locals spot before we had the term "locals spot". I've been here many times growing up in Las Vegas, and about the only thing in Las Vegas that has stayed the same is: Egg & I. It's just so consistent. You know what you're going to get and you know it's going to be good. Change is good, but in this case changing the already good thing they have going on would be a terrible idea. The ONLY downside is the sometimes insane wait times for a table. But hey, we can't punish a restaurant too much for its own success can we? I've had the eggs Benedict and the eggs here so much growing up I subconsciously judge every egg I have anywhere in the world based on the Egg & I's standard. Give it a go! Especially if you're from out of town: Experience a local Vegas staple.
