I have lived here for a little over a year and it is great. It is quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is fast and gets the job done and the office staff is nice. The layout and high ceilings are what sold me plus a decent amount of natural light. Also, if you want to be close to Barrett Jackson and the WM Open you are in the rite place and only a $15 Uber ride to spring training and $20ish to Old Town. I don't really have anything negative besides my AC unit was terrible this summer but they seemed to get it fixed (hopefully). The demographics of the area seem to be a little older. I will agree with other people that parking is terrible but every apartment complex seems to have that issue. I recommend this place if you want a good value, location and a nice place to live. Oh and the person who complained about lizards... You live in the desert...
