So we're clear... we have proof, supported by authority, that their negligence resulted in irreparable damage to our vehicle. They have insulted us, ignored us, and continue to deny responsibility. They have ignored the BBB, the FTC, the State AG'S office, and local news. Scott Sniffen (GM) and Mark Thomas (SM) have chosen not to deal with us... failing to respond or reply to our numerous attempts to reach them - 3 months now. This is a horrible business run by shady folks. Do Not Do Business with AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs! Molly B. .... quit playing concern for your customers... you and I both know the GM doesn't want to talk to anyone with a problem or complaint. Your business is crooked and your people shameful. Fortunately for us, there is all of this and more, which they cannot avoid any longer. Time is up. They will be forced to respond soon enough.
