First time trying this ice cream. I got the cookie dough ice cream in a cup. It was good, but not worth paying $7 for a cup. I was a bit shocked when I got to the register to pay. I was with two of my other friends and I ordered first. As I waited for them to order I started eating my ice cream. There was a hair in my ice cream. I start freaking out and then I realized it wasn't hair, but an EYELASH. Ugh. I politely tell the staff and she grabs the ice cream from me. She didn't apologize. She just said okay and then threw the ice cream out. She then tells us to move and stand beside the counter, and she was rude about it. My friend was still trying to put her wallet in her purse. No smiles from any of the staff. Everyone looked like they hated their jobs. Management needs to get this fixed asap. If the staff hates their job so much they should go work elsewhere.
