DON'T rent here. Horrible service. You will get off your plane, take a shuttle several miles away from the airport which will take 30-45 minutes, only to discover... Two staff working with 70-100 people in line waiting. It's off the charts ridiculous. Wait time is 1-3 hours for a car- if they have any cars. AND then... You line up DOWNSTAIRS in a parking lot line to get keys for the car!!! THEN you wait in line to exit the parking lot while the security checks everyone's ID and Budget forms. WTF??
