I am writing my review in regards to the shoe department of Dillards at Arrowhead Towne Center. There is a lady that works there named Hilda whom I search out any time I purchase shoes, there was one occurence where there was a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase and I had to order them (which I hate doing) however Hilda was EXTREMELY helpful start to finish of the process. I have refered my mother in law and all my friends to her and I suggest you ask for her when trying on shoes.
