I have been loyal customer at this salon and the other locations owned by the same owner for years. I've always been mostly satisfied with the service, although some locations I find better than others. Last week my grandmother walked into the mall location to look at some polishes. She asked the owner of a particular shade was new. Without any explanation or reason, he told her to leave the store and not return. He was beyond rude and the experience was humiliating for my grandmother, who did absolutely nothing except ask a simple question about a product for sale in the salon. I will never get my nails done at this location or any of his locations again and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same.
