I've had a generally abysmal experience at this dealership. Being the 3rd BMW I've owned this is by and far the worst dealership I've been to. I bought a used 328i and upon delivery the front kidney grill was damaged and the wheels were scuffed. How this slipped by service department when they had a week to prep the car is beyond me. I had to bring the car back in for them to fix this problem and they made me pay 20$ deposit to get a loaner vehicle which I've never had to do before. They did NOT refund my deposit and in fact there is another unauthorized 45$ transaction from my credit card. After the wax wore off the car there were numerous chips and deep scratched through the clear and into the paint that was covered up by the wax. This car was hosed off and barely reconditioned.
