My wife, daughter and I moved out of the 5th Ave School lofts last week. We lived there for over two years and we loved it. The school has an incredible charm that Steiner Realty captured when they renovated it. The lofts have all hardwood floors, open floor plans and huge windows. We love how secure the building was too. We had parking spaces below the deck, which were secure, then there was another secure door to enter the building. We also loved how central it is. My wife would walk to the Strip on weekends, we would walk to Pens games all the time and we would also walk to the Steel Plaza T stop to head to the North Shore for Pirate and Steeler games. And as far as value, you will be hard pressed to find a better one downtown. On top of all that, Steinier Realty Management always got right on any issue. Whether it was with maintenance or a neighbor, they always got involved immediately. I would suggest the 5th Ave School Lofts to anyone looking for a place downtown.
