They're absolutely awful, and they will lie. They've gone through three managers in the two years I've gone to them. Something is going on. Took the car in last year because of excessive vibration. Fixed it by replacing engine mounts...not cheap. Immediately after, started having additional vibration issues when turning. Couldn't figure out what it was...they said the car was still getting used to the engine mounts and to give it time. Eventually replaced all four tires several months later (they were worn down), but some vibrations remained. Fast forward to today, had to take the car to the dealership for excessive vibration (again!), and I found out that the mounts were installed incorrectly (some weren't even replaced!), and that the axles were shot. Every time I took that car in to Tire Works, I was told they couldn't duplicate the issue and that everything was fine. One of my new tires has to be refilled with air every week or so. There's obviously a leak, but they're blaming it on the cold temps we've recently had. (I used to live in Maryland...I've never had to fill up my tires, even in the sub-freezing dead of winter, as often as I do now.) I've had them look at the tires but, again, there are no issues. They even said they re-sealed all four tires the last time I was there...however, if they did, they sure did it in record time. I think they just said that to get me out of there. They don't have to worry about me returning... STAY AWAY!
