We filled out a form online to receive a quote for a specific washer. It said they would respond in 24 hours. None was received and its been over 72 hours. We visited the store in person to get a quote after not hearing back. Quote was pretty good but when we asked about cancellation policy, refund policy or what happens if it is never received because they couldn't tell us when it would be available for delivery (it was not in stock), the sale staff skirted the discussion. We had a bad feeling about this place because they are not upfront like other competing stores about policy because being without a washer for more then a month appears to be possible with them. We will be buying from another retailer that sells this particular brand. They do have many good and diverse products but I suspect customer service is lacking and getting a refund would be impossible if something went wrong.
