I won several gift certificates from a auction through a non profit organization and it had no expiration on them. I called the number that was on it. Mentioned I wanted to redeem them and was given the run around. The transferred me to this location. I explained I was tired too redeem them and was transferred again to another department. Left a voicemail l and no response. Very unprofessional,
