I'm a stout ale lover, and I have had three growlers (2L "moonshine jug") of their Station Master's stout to make a judgement that this stuff is like how I used to make it when I still brewed my own stuff. That means it is quite hoppy and bitter; just the way I like it. This newish establishment is primarily a brewery, that happens to incorporate a tasting area in its retail store. One very minor knock for me is that it doesn't have a bike rack, and since this is a local brewery, a lot of Junction folks use their bikes to shop, including me. The place is bookable for parties, and when I purchased my first growler (with a $10 deposit), there was a bachelor party happening at the tasting tables. Growlers are filled directly from the draft tap, so I would recommend that the beer is drunk sooner than later, as this adds oxidation that limits the shelf-life of the beer, and it's also a relative low alcohol beer at 4.3%. I don't come to drink here; I do it to buy their beer for home consumption.
