I leased a Mazda from this dealership 2 years ago - a 3-year lease. Everything had been fine until this past month. Due to a new job and a company car, I no longer need the Mazda and have been trying to find information on ending the lease early. This is what I explained to he chat function on their site, and each person that has called or emailed me since. Doesn't matter. Despite my original contact and my subsequent explanations, this dealership has decided NOT TO LISTEN. Instead, they have bombarded me with emails to try and sell me a car, under the impression that that's why I contacted them. What haven't I received? Information on ending my lease early! Today I have been trading emails with one person at the dealership, and his emails are almost funny in how bad they are. They lack information, understanding, grammar, and spelling. They fail to understand what I need, and fail to communicate what he wants to communicate. They are incoherent tweets masquerading as emails. I've received about 3 of these emails today from this John Jenkins - each worse than the next. This process has been so frustrating that I will never work with ANY Keffer dealership again. Ever. Here's some tips: Don't hire illiterate morons. Do listen to your customers and answer the question they asked.
