while i love this location in terms of selection and aesthetics, i wholly agree customer service is terrible. i was in a rush to make sugar cookies for my son's school and called the victoria park location at 10:00pm. i asked the service agent who answered my call if they carried the pillsbury brand "holiday" cookie dough like sugar cookies or gingerbread etc, and she didn't know so she put me on to her manager. when her manager picked up, i repeated my request. he told me most of the staff had gone home for the night (this location closes 11pm weeknights), no one was there to help, and "could i call back tomorrow?" i explained i needed the product tonight and if he could help, and he said he was "very busy" doing something "important" and could not, and that there was no one else who could. WHAAAT? i've worked in customer service, and at that level--at any level--his behaviour was a classic fail. thankfully, metro's customer service and hours saved the day. YAY METRO!!!
