Yiiiiiiiikes. I have been to pretty much every tea in the downtown core and this was the worst. Were told at sitting there would be a surcharge as it was near Xmas (we made a reso, wasn't mentioned at time but whatever). We don't care - no one goes to tea to save cash. Buuuuut - scones tasted day old. Desserts were near frozen, obviously right out of fridge. Sister ordered jasmine tea, what came was not jasmine, asked for another and told no it was jasmine. Thanks for the stellar service? Wanted to order another bottle of prosecco and server nowhere to be found. Skip this and do tea at the Ritz, Royal York, Shangra La . . . Really anywhere but here.
