I visit Las Vegas at least once or twice a year to visit my folks. On this visit, I decided it was past time my mother had a nice color, cut and style. I searched on Yelp and messaged them because they have a great response time. I was happy to get an appointment for the next day on short notice.
When we arrived, we were paired with Deanna and boy were we delighted! She took such good care of my mom. She listened to her needs and my input and asked questions to be sure she knew exactly the look we were searching for. Once she got started, we realized how warm and funny of a person she was. Not only did Deanna take genuine interest in what makes my mom who she is, but also shared stories of hers.
Her skills, beyond her warm personality, showed through as well. Each step of the way she explained what she was doing so my mother could understand how she was going to get the results we wanted.
The end result was astounding to me mainly because my mother didn't have to fix her hair to achieve the look she was wanting and that rarely happens, in my opinion! She just kept getting compliment after compliment. She looked ten years younger and felt like a queen.
Fast forward a few months, she's been back and just as happy. Thanks Deanna for taking such good care of my mom (and in turn I). :)
