Goodwill is one of those places where you have to know what you're looking for and what you want and have time to look for those items in order should be satisfied. I was looking for jewelry specifically and I found many many pieces and the total came to about $9. I could find the same items of jewelry at retail stores for a much higher price but I prefer the thrifting price and experience. Also they don't need your money to the Goodwill career center which helps homeless people get jobs. However I did pick your ring that they were putting in the pot but forgot to ring up for me and I was upset because that was specifically what I came to get it was a ring although I did get other jewelry. So I would say they were going to say she is great with the staff could use Improvement.
