I wish I could give Union 5 stars (and I would have about a month ago). As a frequent diner here, lately I've been getting "misses" on the execution of the regular dishes. The sous vide eggs have been overcooked (chalky yolks, not runny) on the pulled pork dish at brunch and the fish dish I got recently at dinner was overly citrusy and salty.
I don't think I'll be coming back, unfortunately, it's a lot of $$ to drop on mediocre preparation of food.
