I just completed my last session that I bought through Groupon last year. I'm so, so pleased with the results! I had horrible, thick, dark hair in my armpits (sorry to be so straightforward), and after these 8 treatments, I have nothing but a few stragglers. I shave maybe twice a month now. The only complaint I have at all is that the people who man the phone lines (it's a national number only) are completely horrible, rude, and aggravating. Luckily the actual ladies who do the laser are super friendly and easy to chat with. The procedures does hurt a little bit, but the pain fades super fast and the process is quick, so if you can just relax, you will get through it quickly.
