I was on vacation in Vegas when one of my crowns popped off! Luckily I called this place and they were able to make a same day appointment to re cement it. The only down fall this place is they took me 40 mins after my appointment time. When I asked the receptionist how much longer all she said is all the doctors are busy and the rooms are full. I asked her if they go by appointment times and she said usually but today they are behind. When I asked how far behind she basically ignored me. I just wish she would have told me that when I checked in. Once they finally took me back it went very quick and I was super happy with it. But less than 5 hours later the crown popped off again!!! They told me it should last at least two weeks. $75 wasted and I don't live in vegas so it's not like they can fix it.
I'm giving them 3 stars because I called and complained and they did refund me once I told them I couldn't come back to get it fixed.
