I loved this place the moment I gave them a call about piercings. Terry, the guy I spoke to was kind enough to answer the questions I had. He was able to give me an idea of the pain I would feel from a tragus.
We came in and he welcomed us in. He constantly kept reassuring my friend and I that it will be fine. The pain won't last for more than a second. It made me calm down. He honestly knew what he was doing as well. He was educating us on how to take good care of our piercing and the number one rule. He also told us, if ever we feel like we need help with changing the earring he will help you with no charge. I watched him sanitize everything properly. As a nursing student, I'm always making sure everything is clean when doing any needle work on my body. Throughout the whole process, he was able to make me calm and scared my anxiety away.
I would definitely recommend this place due to their great customer service and how professional they do their job.
