I took my BMW into this place because they were listed on repairpal.com and close to where I live. The price to replace my radiator and other cooling components was a couple hundred dollars higher than had I taken it to another shop but because I would be able to have it repaired sooner I decided to go with them. They called me back saying they had finished the repair just a couple hours after I dropped it off but then told me that the coolant was still leaking and overheating. I am very disappointed because an excellent repair facility would have been able to identify the other source of the leak prior to installing the components that was believed to be the solution. They said it would cost $350 MORE just to get to where the problem was and they were not able to tell me how much the approximate cost would be to fix the other leak. I don't like gambling with repair jobs and I don't like going into situations blindly so I decided to stop what they were doing and I took my car out of there. It does look like I have a new radiator and cooling components but again I am disappointed that they could not identify the real source of the problem prior to making me spend $900 there. Based on the breakdown they gave me I paid nearly three times as much on parts, and labor was nearly $200 per hour. They wrote it up as though they spent more time on the car than they really did. I would not recommend this repair shop and I do not intend to ever go back there.
