Ignore the bad customer service reviews. I'm sure they have a new & improved office staff since those posts. Genesis the receptionist is fantastic! Handling multiple phone calls, an office full of patients, paperwork responsibilities, forms, etc. very professional. Always offered me a water, asked me how I was, great personality. Christine who evaluated my eyes & talked with me about the costs was also very helpful & easy going. They both really held my hand through the entire process. I had terrible vision for over 20 years -6.00 on my contacts with astigmatism in both eyes. The Dr. using the latest technology (Contoura Laser!! look it up) performed my surgery flawlessly. I used the Groupon deal for $1395! also bought it through eBates so I got 10% back !! What a steal of a deal!! There was a small additional cost for me personally because my eyes were soooo bad & I also went with the lifetime coverage so if my eyes ever change I can have the procedure again!! I was worried the low cost would equal low quality & bad service but I was totally wrong. Everything was beyond perfect & now my eyes are too! I see better than 20/20 & don't have to deal with contacts, glasses, solutions, cleaning, dryness etc. It is a dream come true. The advanced laser they use is the best available right now & only one other facility in Charlotte has it but they will charge you $4,000.00 plus. I didn't think Lasik was a possibility for me because of high costs & how bad my eyes were but it is & I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering it for themselves.
