I would like to set Stacey Galka's review (07/26/17) straight. Stacey Galka came to us twice, the first time with an off and on light bulb light in the dash board on 06/29/17. We checked and scanned all light bulbs, which were working at the time. Since we didn't want to guess, which light bulb is going out, we did not replace any at this time. On 07/26/17 Stacey had an appointment at 11 AM because the headlight bulb was out now. She mentioned, that she might be "a little later" than 11 AM. And I mentioned to her, that she should make sure not to be later than 11:30 AM, because we are at lunch between noon and 1 PM. An appointment for after 1 PM did not appease Stacey. At 12:05 PM Stacey shows up and "needs her light bulb fixed". When I told her, that the mechanics went to lunch, and I am not able to change her light bulb, she got angry. How does it make me rude, when you are too late for your appointment, KNOWING that we are at lunch after 12 o'clock??? No, Stacey, you DON'T need attitude to get a light bulb fixed. You just have to be on time for your appointment. If we would close for lunch, you would have stood in front of a locked door.
