Very disappointing in my experience with this location. Got into an accident on a Friday night, set up my rental through my insurance company with this location, also received a call from Hertz too confirm it, telling me to call the location Saturday morning and set up a time to get picked up and finish the rental process.
I call Saturday morning talk to someone who tells me he's not in the office and he'll call me back in 10-15 mins. No call.. my wife calls and he says the same thing. No call back. She calls a different location and her name is taken down along with her number. No call back.
Now mind you we're in the process of moving so I call back early afternoon only to get a recording that they closed at noon, no call from either locations. The following day I cancelled our reservation and went with Enterprise. To this day still haven't heard from any one from Hertz. I will not be going back or doing any future business with them. If I could give negative stars I would.
