We went here to check it out... We have been to Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mountain and Dick's Sporting Goods over the past 2 days. This store outshined the others by far. We went in just to explore and ended up buying new fishing rods and reels. The staff at the store are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They ask if you need help, but do not pester or pressure. Alec Yang was exceptional. He knew exactly how to help and went above and beyond even showing us the ways to bait the hooks depending on where we were going to fish. He explained without making us feel dumb. He also acknowledged other customers, but kept his focus on us throughout the entire time. Highly recommend the store and if you have questions about fishing...ask Alec!
I wanted to add an update. Alec was so right on so many levels. I went fishing with the bait he advised me on, and techniques... I caught 2 large mouth bass within 2 hours.
