SUPERIOR FOAM ROOFING
I wish to introduce this company and the owner Mr Rick Amaral, plus his crew Led by Carlos.
Mr Amaral has been in this business for close to 20 years.
I had shopped for a competent roofer. Then I met Rick. He and I viewed my 5 flat roofs. I have done all maintenance, since buying the home in 1982. Rick understood completely how and why I needed to upgrade the surfaces.
A roof will move from heat- cooling and seasonal changes. Thus creating openings for moisture to enter.
Anyhow, a decision was made to resurface with a new foam installation.
After the foam phase, Rick showed how they had eliminated low areas and created berms to move any water away from units such as my new A\C. He further showed how the elbow off the A\C was leaking air. This was sealed. Plus the area beneath the A\C was built up and the whole unit sealed to ward off water. The scuppers were sealed. These are critical as an avenue for water to enter your home.
I was truly amazed how the workers coordinated. Carlos moved about as an orchestra conductor. Rick had explained that he was also a sports coach. Everyone knew their places, without instruction. This with loud noises such as motors, pumps. It was an experience.
Rick moved in and out as his role was needed.
Bottom line: Superior Foam Roofing is the company to use for your roofing needs. You are treated like family and they certainly won't start off by telling you they need to tear out your entire roof and build anew. I had one company tell me that, Sight Unseen.
