Was told that my air conditioning compressor was bad by two other contractors. I asked Ray Gidich if he would quote an install for a new unit, after explaining what happened and after a series of questions he seemed convinced that the unit was still good. He sent one of his technicians out who was extremely professional and had the unit working within an hour. They had to come out a second time to change a part in the furnace that was also bad. the professionalism from the office staff for scheduling to his techs is amazing! To top it off after everything was complete Ray himself called to make sure everything was OK and said my unit should last another 10 years. A total class act!!!
